Labels that tell the story of your wine

Winemaking is an industry in which history, origin and craftsmanship are just as important as the taste of the wine itself. Every vintage, every plot and every bottle has its own rhythm – that is why wine producers need solutions that let them convey this uniqueness in a consistent and attractive way. A customer often decides “with their eyes” before even uncorking the bottle, so the visual presentation must attract attention and also build an authentic sense of quality.

Wineries usually work with shorter, vintage or seasonal series, which are by nature variable and not always predictable. This makes the option of quickly introducing design changes and producing flexible runs very valuable. Digital printing is the natural choice here: it makes it possible to create limited editions, test new visual ideas and match labels to the character of each vintage – without having to order large batches.

The material also plays a big role in this industry and should go with the character of the wine. That is why the most frequently chosen solution is product labels on wine papers – natural, textured, cotton or kraft. Their structure, matte finish and impression of nobility perfectly convey the atmosphere of tradition, a craft approach and the story behind the bottle. These are materials that reinforce the brand’s storytelling before the customer has read a single word on the label.

In the wine industry, not only the printing itself but also the shape of the label plays an increasingly important role, as it can become a form of embellishment in its own right. A custom die-cut can underline the character of the bottle and give the design a unique rhythm. It also makes it possible to cut out a fragment of the label from the inside – creating a decorative “window” that reveals the glass and the colour of the wine. It is a simple but very effective way to add space, lightness and originality to the label without overusing extra ornaments.

The premium wine segment requires extra attention to detail. Here premium labels play the key role, in which embellishments such as hot-stamping, emboss/deboss, screen printing or a subtle silk foil raise the prestige of the product and build a “first touch” effect – luxurious, distinctive and memorable. The wine shelf is a place where details really work for purchase decisions, so high-quality finishes are more than decoration in this category – they become part of the brand.

Finally, in the wine industry the label serves not only an identifying function but above all an emotional one. It must underline the character of the wine, withstand logistics, transport and refrigerated conditions, and at the same time tell a story that encourages the customer to take this particular bottle home. It is an industry in which design, material and workmanship must form one harmonious whole – just like in a well-balanced wine.

  • etykieta ekologiczna z napisem renew

    Renew

Renew labels - polymers from plants, not from crude oil

Renew technology is a breakthrough in the packaging industry, in which traditional plastic has been replaced with biopolymers made from renewable plant raw materials (e.g. sugar cane and agricultural waste). Instead of reaching for fossil fuels, the material for these labels is made directly from biomass, which makes it possible to drastically reduce the carbon footprint of the product. By choosing this solution, you get a film with the same durability, clarity and flexibility as standard plastics, which is fully recyclable after use. It is an ideal choice for brands that want to eliminate crude oil from their packaging altogether and rely on renewable sources.

  • etykieta ekologiczna z napisem rebase

    Rebase

Rebase labels - a second life for plastic and a closed loop of raw materials

Rebase technology is a response to the growing problem of waste, based on the use of recycled plastics (PCR - Post-Consumer Recycled). To produce these labels we use raw material from plastic or paper packaging that has already been consumed and processed, giving it a second life.
Instead of using new resources, Rebase relies on recovered material while keeping excellent print parameters, flexibility and the full look of the finished label. By choosing this solution, you support the circular economy and actually reduce the amount of waste going to landfill. It is an ideal choice for brands that want to build a responsible image and make wise use of recycled raw materials.

  • etykieta ekologiczna z napisem think thin

    Think thin

Think Thin labels - maximum efficiency, minimum thickness

Think Thin technology is a concept of slimming down labels - it consists in drastically reducing the thickness of both the film itself and the backing (liner). Instead of standard, thick materials, we use extremely thin, modern plastics that keep full tear strength and excellent print quality.
Thanks to the lower material thickness, up to 30% more labels fit on a single roll, which means less frequent roll changes on the production line and a smoother labelling process. By choosing Think Thin technology, you reduce the total mass of plastic used, lower transport and storage costs, and generate far less waste after application. It is an ideal solution for companies looking for real operating savings that want to optimise production in an eco spirit.

  • etykieta ekologiczna z napisem multi cycle

    Multi cycle

Multicycle labels - durability for repeated use

Multicycle technology was created for returnable packaging, such as bottles or reusable containers, which go through repeated washing and refilling cycles. Unlike standard materials, these labels are exceptionally resistant to mechanical damage, abrasion and weather conditions.
Thanks to ultra-durable films and adhesives, the label stays intact on the packaging through many cycles of use, which removes the need to apply a new label every time a bottle is returned. By choosing Multicycle technology, you drastically reduce raw material use over the full life cycle of the packaging and optimise the cost of return logistics. It is an ideal choice for deposit systems and for companies committed to a circular economy.

  • etykieta ekologiczna z napisem wash off

    Washoff

Washoff labels - easy removal in a simple water bath

Washoff technology was created for returnable packaging - mainly glass and plastic - from which the label has to be removed quickly and completely before refilling. The special adhesive used here loses its grip under warm water with a cleaning agent, so the label can be washed off without any problems in standard industrial washers. Unlike traditional adhesives, this solution leaves no sticky deposits or marks on the surface of the packaging, so the bottle or jar is ready for reuse right away. By choosing Washoff labels, you speed up the preparation of returnable packaging, reduce the use of cleaning chemicals and support an efficient closed loop in your business.

  • etykieta ekologiczna z napisem clean flake

    Clean Flake

CleanFlake labels - clean separation and ideal recycling

CleanFlake™ technology solves the biggest problem in recycling plastic and glass packaging: contamination of the raw material with adhesive and label residues. Thanks to a patented water-based adhesive, the label sticks perfectly while the product is in use, but detaches completely in a hot water bath at the processing plant. During recycling the clean label floats to the surface, while perfectly clean plastic flakes (PET) or glass sink to the bottom, leaving no traces of adhesive. This makes it possible to recover raw material of the highest purity, from which new transparent packaging can be made. By choosing CleanFlake™ labels, you guarantee your packaging 100% recyclability and support a true closed loop.
