Flexographic printing

Flexographic printing technology on rolls ensures excellent colour reproduction, an attractive price and the possibility of printing on a mass scale. Flexographic labels guarantee the best quality and repeatability of designs and colours for larger runs.

At ETICOD, we use the latest BOBST equipment in flexo technology, the largest of which has as many as 10 printing stations. This allows us to print a total of 10 different colours, varnishes or lamination in a single pass. This saves time and printing costs. The use of innovative solutions in the design of the printing stations means that we are also able to cope with the most difficult realisations of multi-layer peel-off or triplex labels.

Digital printing

Digital web printing technology allows labels to be produced quickly and relatively cheaply, and with a very high print quality. The main advantages of this technique are the high printing speed and the possibility of printing on various substrates, such as foils, papers, structured materials or wood and aluminium raw materials. In total, our portfolio includes dozens of different raw materials for printing.

Digital label printing enables smaller order volumes to be produced in a relatively short period of time. This is a major advantage for customers whose label production requirements are small or who wish to print a series of several designs. Digitally printed labels are also characterised by very accurate colour reproduction. With this technology, we have the option of CMYK or CMYKOV colour printing. Depending on the needs of the project, we can also produce a white overprint, which is of great importance, especially with transparent and metallic foils. At ETICOD, we use state-of-the-art equipment such as HP INDIGO, which guarantees high-quality label printing that is not dissimilar to flexographic printing – you won’t notice the difference. Modern equipment allows us to reduce the costs of printing digital labels, so we can offer attractive prices even for small print runs – all to the benefit of our customers!

Producing labels for the spirits industry is a kind of craft that requires not only accuracy and precision, but above all vision
and creativity. Labels for regional and kraft beers are a kind of work of art that is the culmination of the craftsmanship encapsulated in the bottle. Fine beverages require an appropriate setting - one that will highlight all the qualities of the products, as well as properly display them on the shop shelf.
